2020 Annual General Meeting

This year's AGM will be held on Thursday 19 November at 4 pm via Zoom. Please advise if you wish to attend so that Zoom details can be provided. If you wish to participate but are not comfortable with Zoom, please advise so an alternative arrangement can be made.

The agenda will include:

1. Apologies;
2. Acceptance of Minutes of the previous AGM on 31 October 2019;
3. Treasurer's Report: Doug Finlayson;
4. Annual Report 2019-2020: Robyn Coghlan;
5. Election of office-bearers: President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary;
6. Election of committee members.

The AGM will be followed by a discussion about future activities.
