There will be two Guest Speakers at our next Public meeting on 26 February at the Belconnen Library. Christine Goonrey, President National Parks Australia Council, will put our proposed Murrumbidgee – Ginninderra Gorges National Park into the wider national context and Kevin Evans, CEO National Parks Association of NSW, will talk about their campaigns and discuss how they can help us in 2013. The Ginninderra Falls Association committee is always looking for help with our work promoting the Murrumbidgee – Ginninderra Gorges National Park. If you can aid in any way, for example, joining the committee, this will be greatly appreciated. The committee currently meets every three weeks. We would particularly like assistance with media liaison, for example, publishing a regular newsletter with articles of special interest to our members.
