Dear Dr Watson

Thank you for your letter of 20 January 2014 seeking the establishment of a cross border working group to support the establishment of a National Park incorporating Ginninderra Falls. I understand the Chief Minister has already responded to you on this matter.

In this regard, I must reiterate the Chief Minister's advice that until the NSW Government commits to the location as a national park priority, the ACT Government is not able to allocate resources towards another working group specifically for this purpose given the work we are already doing in this area.
