Chris gives summary of GFA activities.We do not want to appear to be doing sneaky things behind his back.We would like a CBC which will consider Park issues.

David. The CBC Services committee may very well be reconvened sometime in the future when the planning application has been accepted.

David shows powerpoint which outlines schedule the three (NCA , ACT Govt , NSW Govt) planning applications.NCA and ACT Govt applications will be coordinated so they will look like one application.
3.1) NCA/ACT will be on display for 15 days from 25th Aug.
3.2) Yass Valley Exhibition will likely be on display for 40 days July/Aug 2015.
David “has owners consent” to lodge the NSW application
David hands out four consultant reports 1) Tourism 2) Indigenous Tourism 3) Environmental Trust 4 ) Conservation area.
4) David. 1% of price of block sales will go to the “conservation trust” for the NSW portion. This is NEW!! Previously it was $2200 per block.
5) David. Riverview will pick up the costs for any required upgrade to the tourist infrastructure required to open up the Ginninderra Falls.
6) David their consultant report says the area “does not meet the requirements for a National Park”
7) David. Further “get together “ with GFA towards the end of July.
8) David. Has promised Clare Henderson a summary of how the development meets the “11 principles of urban development “. Not sure where these came from.
